SAECULA
EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Its taste is ample and strong, with hints of artichoke, chicory and lettuce. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct.
Ideal on beef carpaccio, with porcini mushrooms, artichoke, salads, marinated swordfish, lentil soups, pasta with meat sauce, barbecued tuna, grilled red meat or game. Hard mature cheese.

PRINCIPE
EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Intense fresh herbaceous aroma. To the palate its vegetal fruitiness with notes of artichoke and chicory, are well balanced with bitterness and distinct pungency.
Pleasantly persistent, it pairs well with grilled meat and vegetables, barbecued fish and meat, artichoke salad, bean soup, bruschetta, baked potatoes, and basically savoury dishes.
OUR FEATURES
The Caninese ollive tree grows only in this area.
NO intensive cultivations or chemicals on Vulcino farm…our trees flourish in healty soil with plenty of space for maximum sunlight and air.
In october each cultivar is harvested separately at exactly the right moment of maturation.
Within 4 hours the olives are cold-pressed on our estate, using a state-of-the-art mill.
We then let the oil settle in its containers for a month before it is bottled.
