Saecula is a Caninese monocultivar of robust, complex character, whose fresh herbaceousness and hints of artichoke, chicory and lettuce, are well balanced with pronounced bitterness and final pungency.

ORGANIC EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Principe is a blend of Caninese and Frantoio with an intense fresh herbaceous aroma. To the palate its vegetal fruitiness, with notes of artichoke and green almond, are harmoniously balanced with distinct bitterness and pungency.
